How many times a week do you exercise? And do you always eat healthy healthy or do you have days off sometimes i mean that eg you eat ice creams or chocolate?
My lifestyle is incredibly balanced :) Both my diet, physical activity/exercise, spiritual and emotional wellbeing has both good and bad influences and aspects - which i believe is GOOD. I firmly think we all need a balance of everything goo and bad in this world. No relationship is ever perfect and always happy, neither is someones mood (as there will always be things that are out of our control and will effect the way we behave/think). My diet and exercise is the same; i eat healthy but allow myself those “unhealthy” foods when my body desires them (i have learnt to listen to my body and fo not deny it any of the goodness it deserves). I despise the term “unhealthy” as i think ALL foods are healthy within moderation! A sweet treat here and there is healthy not unhealthy in my opinion :) but i do use the term sparingly anyway as I don’t know how else to describe those foods.. Perhaps “sweet foods” would be better suited? And my exercise is the same also - i am very very active, and most days too. However it is not all intentional. I do go for runs/swims etc occasiobally but most of my energy is used through being a hyperactive bubble who wants to make the most out of life.. So i’m constantly moving, jumping, surfing etc. i think I annoy people with how much energy I have most of the time haha:) and when i run low on energy its pretty obvious! I’ll have a good feed and all is back to normal:) i hope that helps you a little - i know it was a bad way ofanswering your question however I hope it may positively influence your outlook in a healthy/ balanced lifestyle and its definition x
